Does this poem represent the opposite of darkness and angst? Supposed to write something that shows happiness?

I think the opposite is spot on with this poem. It's very well done, tight with good meter and verse. Good job.

It is a poem that is ultimately about loss and loneliness. Hiding from the world in the land of dreams from an abusive relationship. Very beautifully done. The meter is almost perfect. Look at the places where it missed and see if a word needs to added or deleted.

I think it is great, but, the imagery is a bit negative, even though I get your point it is 50% negative, and 50% positive. I hope I did not hurt your feelings, I never wrote a poem so I don't really know.

Well to me this is a sad poem
You would think it is a happy 1...but it is just a dreams, and its what the writer wanted.
"This is the world
I find in my dreams"
In reality it is like this :
The world is mad,
voices converse
Sanity is
a thing I rehearse
My mind wander
through unearthly miles
My mouth long
for poisonous vials
My dad is buried,
and I’m undead
one is waiting
to mess with my head
I am scarred
or bleeding today
My heart are heavy,
with fear to convey
My arms do know
a straight jackets hug
I’ve been discarded
by merely a shrug
and so on....reality is opposite from a dream.
dream are "his/her Alter World"
